Shauna has experience with high conflict family matters including parenting, child support, spousal/partner support, guardianship, contact for non-guardians, Family protection, and Child Welfare.
Shauna is known for being transparent and direct with her clients and she focuses on assisting her clients in utilizing ADR processes to reach a settlement to avoid the costly and emotionally taxing process of Court litigation.
Shauna is also a Mediator and a registered collaborative lawyer with the ACLA.
